We manage the Real Estate portion of your IRA

You can use IRA and other retirement money to buy real estate. You can rollover your IRA (traditional, SEP, simple or Roth) as well as some qualified 401k, Solo 4 01k and 403B etc. into carefully selected real estate. Log on to Equity Trust and/or Pensco. Research self directed IRA’s.

IRA Apartment Management. com currently has 33 partners. We manage their $5,600,000 in assets comprised of 6 buildings with 93 rental individual units.

Here’s what we do: Our clients purchase apartment buildings. For example, one unit rents for $600.00 per month. We increase the rent 4% per year. By year 20, monthly rent is $1,333, by year 30, it’s $1,988. The mortgage is paid off, our clients have 30 years of accumulated rental income in their IRA, and they are still collecting rent. We let inflation, leverage, and compound interest do all the work.
